Unità Complessa Cure Primarie del Reventino
Unità Complessa Cure Primarie del Reventino (UCCP) provides invaluable expertise in telemedicine and healthcare support for remote and rural populations. As a primary healthcare center located in Italy, UCCP is contributing its experience in innovative healthcare delivery to support the INVITE project’s goal of accessible digital healthcare. The center will also serve as a demonstration site, showcasing effective telemedicine practices for other project partners and participants.

Medical School in Split
The Medical School in Split, Zdravstvena škola, is a vocational training institution that educates future healthcare professionals. Through the INVITE project, Zdravstvena škola is focusing on implementing the newly developed curriculum and social innovation toolkit, helping to train students and teachers in inclusive digital healthcare. The school also facilitates real-world learning experiences for students by establishing a social innovation incubator and engaging students in digital health solutions for their community.

Lokman Hekim Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi
LOKMAN HEKİM MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSESİ, a vocational high school in Turkey, is dedicated to training students in healthcare professions. As a partner in INVITE, the school is involved in piloting digital healthcare resources and providing students with the opportunity to participate in social innovation initiatives. With a strong focus on healthcare for the elderly, this institution will leverage the project’s resources to address local healthcare challenges and increase students’ competencies in digital healthcare.

Stredná zdravotnícka škola
Stredná zdravotnícka škola, a secondary medical school in Slovakia, is committed to developing digital skills and innovative thinking among its students. Within the INVITE project, the school will adopt the inclusive digital healthcare curriculum and support the development of a social innovation toolkit. By participating in hands-on projects and incubator activities, students will gain practical experience in addressing healthcare needs, especially for underserved groups.

University of Zadar
As a comprehensive educational institution, the University of Zadar brings research expertise and academic resources to the INVITE project. The university’s Department of Health Studies is particularly focused on advancing digital inclusion in healthcare education. Through its involvement, the University of Zadar will contribute to curriculum development and support data collection and analysis for the project’s assessment and dissemination phases.

Mediterranean Economic Foresight Institute (IPEMED) is a non-profit and independent civil society organization, registered in the Register of Associations and the Non-profit Organizations of the Republic of Croatia. The IPEMED aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the Republic of Croatia with emphasis on assisting and participating in the preparation and implementation of projects that promote the economy, sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, prevention and improvement of health care, as well as the integration and life quality of vulnerable groups.
